Tariff + reservation + payment

The Vrijheid van Gilze employs an all-inclusive tariff for both rooms @TheGarden & @TheLoft. You immediately know where you stand! Single occupation for 1 night costs € 95,00. For a reservation for 2 persons an additional € 10,00 is charged. When you book 2 or more consecutive nights you’ll get a nice increasing discount.

Aforementioned tariff includes:

♥ ‘You’re welcome!’ deal (coffee or tea and a hot traditional Brabant sausage roll

♥ Healthy/savoury refreshments and fresh flowers in the room

♥ Overnight stay in a comfortable and spacious apartment

♥ Made-up bed, sufficient bath linen and personal care products

♥ Vrijheid-breakfast (served at a time to suit your needs)

♥ 6% VAT and tourist taks

An invoice is available on request.

Here you will find the Bedandbreakfast.nl availability calendar where you can fill in the requested details (dates, room, number of guests etc.). In order to choose the wright date it may be possible you'll have to 'refresh' the system (press the calendar-date of the departure date once more). This is only a request, not a confirmed booking! From this point you will receive a personal mail from us with definite confirmation details.

Via our website (choose 'contact'): Fill in your personal details, make a note of preferred dates, which room, number of guests etc. and send your request via the website to vrijheidvangilze@hotmail.com.

By phone: Contact us on +31 (0)6 22405607 (Hélène). All your questions regarding arrival times, diet requirements and general needs can be answered promptly.

Definite reservations are always confirmed by us via e-mail. We will send you a payment request (invoice or digital bank request) allowing you to transfer the required amount immediately. Only in the cases when time between reservation and arrival is particularly short is payment on site possible (either cash or by use of PIN device).

You can also pay via PIN device for any additional products during your stay: we accept several debit/credit cards. Of course payment by cash is also possible.

Cancellation is free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. Cancellation within 5 days of arrival results in a payment of one overnight stay. Refunds will be reimbursed promptly.


For even more comfort and convenience you can book special extras such as unlimited use of the jacuzzi, potluck dinners, packed lunches, rent an eBike, beauty, massage, hair appointments or even a hot-air balloon trip. Naturally on the basis of availability. Choose Rooms and Tariffs / Extra comfort and convenience for all the details.


We have a no smoking policy. No extra beds can be added to the rooms. Adults only: we are not set up for babies, small children and pets. In the weekends we require bookings of at least two consecutive nights.

We really appreciate it when you can let us know in advance of your ETA on day of arrival (check-in between 15.30 and 22.00 hrs.). This allows us to plan our personal diary accordingly and makes sure we are always home to welcome you personally with refreshments on arrival.
